    To administer manage andcoordinate the Training Programs. Ensure training targetaccomplishment and progression activities. Prepare reports andmaintain all employees training history in the system. Assist thearea supervisors/Focal Points in resolving the problems such asplanning scheduling employees in the Trainings. Ensure that allemployees undergo the required JQP/SHEMS training and monitor theirprogression status.


    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    Administer the JobQualification Program/SHEMS trainings according to the proceduresand maintain the records. Review the Skill Certification Requestsand SHEMS trainings (booking scheduling system) in accordance tothe procedure. Assist the area supervisors/Focal Points to schedulethe employees and provide support for resolving their problem.
    Utilization of the training resources and training arrangementseconomically and effectively. Coordinate with Departments to reviewtraining gaps closure and need of the additional sessions to coverall the identified gaps. Coordinate with Departments subject matterexperts/Safety Specialist/Trainers to review update and correct thetechnical/safety questions. Ensure the confidentiality of thetesting system and ensure the exams are prepared and deliveredaccording to the procedure. Ensure number of questions and sessionsto be not less than the minimum required and reporting the gaps toall Departments. Build the process structure of the organizationinto the system and create update and modify the trainingassessments. Contact the system support team to update the systemin the server and for any technical assistance. Coordinate withClient IT data center for resolving any fault issues of the server.

    Bachelors or Diploma Degree in Computer Sciences or relevant Field.3 years experience in the Petrochemical Industry with IT andnetworking background/Training background.

    Knowledge of managingdatabases. Knowledge of TRACCESS CI/Question Mark PerceptionSystem/SAP System. Knows computer troubleshooting and familiar withnetwork protocols. Experience with server performance tuning andmonitoring tools. Excellent administration skills. ExcellentCommunication skills and Interpersonnel skills. Communicationskills. Analytical Skills. Computer skills. Time managementskills.
