Deal with local suppliers for urgent materials requirements' get quotations

for different material and submit to the procurement team.

Contact suppliers/vendors to obtain information relative to the procurement

and/or delivery status of items and ensure timely

Getting quotation from suppliers and Manufacturer.

Ensure the specifications of the material match as per site material

requirement.

Conduct meeting with local suppliers to ensure the material delivery on

time.

Participate in meeting with ARAMCO to understand material category

Follow the concerned technical engineers to follow the product, same

technically as required.

Contact branches relative to shipment information in effort to keep delivery

dates accurate.

Arranging transposition for the material delivery.

Developed strong relationships with new vendors, reestablished

relationships with former vendors.

Collaborated with management to develop and implement purchasing

policies and procedures

Develops market knowledge of new products and services to ensure that

company utilize the latest available product types.
