I’m an ERP Support Consultant and Administrator with over 15 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NAV, GP, and LS Retail across retail, trading, and government sectors in the GCC.My background combines both functional and technical expertise — from ERP rollout and post-implementation support to SQL Server administration, POS integration, and end-user training. I’ve managed data for over 10,000+ SKUs, supported multi-location operations (supermarkets, petrol stations, cafeterias), and trained 75+ end users to ensure smooth adoption.Previously, I worked with Bahrain National Guard’s Consumer Association, where I was responsible for maintaining a stable and efficient ERP ecosystem across 12 locations.
