Tasks and responsibilities

• Calculating water consumption as per plants requirements 
• Prepare different types of project documentation for submission to the consultants such as hydraulic calculation, irrigation scheduling, and material Submittal
• Design irrigation system Mainline, lateral line (drip– Bubbler - Root zone, Sprays -Rotors), Hydraulic calculation, Mechanical Pump room 
• selection of the Irrigation booster pump, automatic filtration system, Dosing & Fertilizing pump, submersible pump, and backwash tank.
• prepare all irrigation materials including pump room equipment P.O. and Follow up with suppliers.
• Supervise and monitor the execution of works with site engineers and ensure the installation matches the design intent.

Mainline and lateral line (Bubbler - Root zone -Sprays -Rotors)

Solenoid valve, Q.C V, ARV, MV… etc. 

Controllers, decoder, and wire control cable

All equipment inside the pump room such as irrigation booster pump, automatic filtration system, dosing pump, and submersible pump. 

• Irrigation Management central control system IMMS 

Creating a Site, Adding Controllers to a Site, and flow up with manufacturers to activate GPRS 

retrieve controllers and Graphics – Creating and Using a Map Interface 

Synchronize the Site, check the programming and analysis (estimating flow, based on the current irrigation schedule)

Operation IMMS and preparing all reports for consultants such as ACC Flow History Report, station activity report, and alarm information report till final handover.

• Testing and commissioning for irrigation booster pumps, automatic filtration systems, Dosing & Fertilizing pump pumps, submersible pumps, controllers, and Solenoid valves 
• Supervising the preparation of as-built drawings and OM (operation and maintenance manual)
• Hand over projects and provide direction to end users on system use, scheduling, and maintenance.

Implementation and design of these projects.
