● Inspected several equipment experiencing different failures at different times, such as Methane reformer, heat exchanger, pipes and PSVs. Identified and diagnosed common failure causes.
● Supervised Preventive Maintenance tests, such as Hydrostatic test, Pop Up Test, and Ultrasonic test, by ensuring technicians performed tests correctly to achieve desired results.
● Attended site visits to check failed rotating equipment and explored different ways to incorporate design changes.
● Supervised a number of overhauling sessions of Centrifugal Pumps and Mechanical Seals.
● Recommended adding a bypass line to a header to stop frequent failure of a high vacuum pump. Provided a solution that will allow the addition of a suction strainer to isolate the header when clogged without shutting down the process.
