the efficient management of Front Office operations. Seeking to apply my knowledge of hotel logistics and customer service

best practices to the Hotel Front Office role.

Currently, I serve as Acting Front Office Manager at Maden Taiba Hotel in Madinah,

overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and handling complex guest

relations. Through effective supervision and service recovery, I contributed to improving

guest satisfaction, including increasing the hotel’s Booking.com rating from 8.2 to 9.0.

Previously, I held Duty Manager and Front Office Supervisor roles in Saudi Arabia,

Dubai, and the United States with brands such as Pullman, Premier Inn, Hilton, and

Mövenpick. These roles strengthened my ability to manage shifts, ensure SOP

compliance, supervise front desk teams, and support revenue optimization through up-

selling and effective room allocation.
