I am a technical project manager with more than 5 years of experience in managing projects for public and private sector healthcare facilities in GCC and Egypt, such as Saudi MOH, UAE Department of Health, Cleveland Clinic in UAE, Saudi's Ministry of defense, Saudi German hospitals in KSA and Egypt and Al Magrabi centers.. etc.

Basically these mega and strategic projects with budgets exceeds 20M+ are for measuring patients' and employees' voice in GCC and Egypt. And most of the practices, benchmarks and methodologies are provided by our strategic partner Press Ganey in US.
