Issue the daily report to the commissioning lead engineering Installation, test & commissioning the following plant facilities

• 4×(720) MW steam turbine and auxiliaries.

• Boiler , Auxiliary boiler and pressure part.

• Balance of Plant (BoP).

• Fuel oil tank farm area i.e. (CFO tank 4×12000 M^3), DFO tanks.

• Water system (water treatment plant) Desalination plant

• Air compressor.

Prepare in bill of materials for purchase items, and verified part numbers matched design requirement.

Technical support for clients and field engineers.

Research and implement method that reduce cost or improve project related task performance.

Provide technical support to client and field engineers for sorting out any technical issues related mechanical equipment and follow-up.

Prepare, compile and maintain all records related to manufacturing inspections and quality assurance documents.

Attend meeting with the clients to discuss the technical issues.

Communicate with vendors to bring quick and beneficial resolution to vendor part problems, fostering quality improvements.

checking of materials receiving as per the requirement & contract specification, verifying the documents of material factor test.

Layout and fabricate of work piece with the used machine equipment such as lathe machine boring machine, drilling machine, cutting and buffing machine.

Lead a team mechanical technicians .

Responsible for preparing monthly and weekly PM Schedules .

Prepare the related work permits.

Critical spares identification and spares parts inventory.

Acts as a team leader to our group .conducts safety talks and tool box meeting every day and I planned and inform my team mates for how the job will be done. Preparing and reviewing all technical specification and documents.

Inspect all in coming material for approval and compliance with contractors technical specification.

Familiar with the job specification and review all documentation associates technical specifications .
