I am an expert in human performance and workplace learning with strong background in the design, delivery, facilitation, and evaluation of adult learning programs. 

I am aware of my shortcomings and always strive to develop them. My work achievements spanned the entire cycle of human capital development, starting from analyzing performance and identifying learning needs, to creating and delivering of learning contents, and finally monitoring and evaluating impact on both individual and collective performance levels. 

I have combined my educational background with working for world-class organizations thus enabling me to provide more than just a standard training program but creating meaningful learning models that can improve individual and collective performance.
