I have experience in large projects 

       Supervise and oversee the direction of the project, ensuring that the specifications, time schedule and all contractual requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with Project stakeholders to monitor project progress, cost, variations, claims, etc.

-            Manage, monitor, and direct the project direct staff (Engineers, supervisors, foremen and labor) & the indirect (subcontractors and rental labor)

-            Responsible for managing the relationship with head office departments, consultant, client, and all project stakeholders.

-            Manage materials requests, receiving and utilizing at project by managing the reporting staff

-            Determine the resources required at project (Manpower, subcontractors, tools, equipment, and materials) with attention to budgetary limitations

-            Follow up with company supporting departments for the day-to-day tasks as per business need, Procurement, technical, finance, project control etc.

-            Coordinate between different subcontractors at project, and managing the approval on executed works, RFIs and coordination with consultant for works handing over and acceptance.

-         Skilled enough to evaluate the project progress and figure out and analyze the reasons of delay if happens and set the recovery plan in coordination with planner to meet the project schedule.

-            Shall be technically able to manage the activities start requirements, monitoring productivity rates, quality issues, etc.
