Job duties:

- Conduct regular inspection to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

- Monitor and evaluate HSE performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Carry out Tool Box Talks to promote safety awareness and engagement.

- Oversee Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments for non-routine activities.

- Perform environmental sampling, including air emissions, water quality, and noise levels.

- Supervise and oversee HSE compliance for contractors, ensuring alignment with procedures set.

Job duties:

- Conduct risk assessment for steel installation and lifting operations.

- Provide health and safety training to all workers and visitors on site.

- Review lifting plan for non-routine lifting operations of steel parts.

- Perform worksite inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

- Investigate near misses & accidents reported from the project.

- Review progress towards compliance with the Zamil Steel and client requirements on a monthly basis and provide a status report to project's manager.
