- Purchasing spare parts, consumables, and services from inside and outside of Saudi Arabia to meet vessels and Aramco requirements.

- Meeting Aramco standards and deadlines and updating all related records.

- Working closely with vessels’ captains and teams to meet their requirements.

- Managing a high volume of monthly purchases within the set budget.

- Purchasing Pulp, spare parts, service, and chemicals from inside and outside of Saudi Arabia.

- Generating reports, extracting requests, and generating purchase orders using SAP System.

- Following up with payments and receiving invoices to close open orders and eradicate suppliers’ issues.

- Monitoring all the supply chain on going shipments and expediting the deliveries.

- Duties Include: Data entry of packing lists, translating equipment names from English to Arabic and via versa, searching and assigning correct items codes for equipment and tools from the Saudi Custom website.

- Duties Include: responsible for monitoring and assigning all stores requisitions for (Materials, Services and Manpower)to our team of buyers.

- Processing all types of PO’s (Materials, Services and Manpower, Capex, Cash) using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne application.

- Clearing and resolving invoices issues, by generating the appropriate PO, which involves a cooperation between me and the finance department.

- Responsible for all communications regarding store requisitions and PO’s, which are mainly with managers in the fields and buyers through emails and phones.
