I’m an architect who is fortunate to have extremely diverse and enjoyable career spanning Architecture and Interior Design. I worked with Design Consultants, Architecture Firms, Owners and Real State Developers specifi- cally in Saudi Arabia. I have planned and designed variety of mixed use proj- ects including Hospitality Hotel Projects, Retail Malls and Shops, Cafe’s, Cinema’s, Offices, Factories, and Warehouses. My expertise in design majors specifically in Hospitality Hotel Designs from Concept through Schematic, Developed Design, Tender, Procurement, Implementation, Fit-Out, and Handover. Additionally, I have a wide experience within Municipality design, engineering regulations, and managing teams through all stages of the design delivery process.

- Senior Architect Designer of mixed use projects including Hospitality Hotel Projects, Retail Malls and Shops, Cafes, Cinemas, Offices, Factories, Warehouses, Booths, Product Furniture and Graphic Designs.
- Certified Architect and Interior Designer of Hotel Hospitality Projects located at Madinah Al-Haram Central Area including plan layouts , interior design of hotel rooms and restaurant, lobby furniture product designer, and produced detail shop drawings for site engineers.
- Supervised HILTON Almusbah Hotels construction sites and management located at Dammam, Madinah, and Makkah to guarantee high quality performance by weekly visits, reports, and daily communications.
- Managed Municipality investment tender proposals and project plan in order to ensure bid requirements are fully accomplished.
- Manage Almusbah Holding and Mawgif Parking Company Project Design Plan , engineering team and supervise projects and operations located in KSA.
- Review Designs , Construction Documents, manage budget cost control, modifica- tion requests, and timelines to ensure company precise standards are fully met.
- Administering designs done by third party consultant engineering firms including Over,Under Boston Architects, Capital Engineering Consultants, Harasani Consul- tants, LDP Architects, to ensure project concepts and company conditions are completed.
