I am MBA (Human Resource Management) holder possessing a total of 23 years of professional experience in Oil and Gas Industry of which 18 years is dedicated in the field of human resources management in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

Presently, I am working with Tecnicas Reunidas as Human Resources and General Services Manager and has served the company for the last 18 years with assignments in some prestigious first-class EPC projects of Saudi Aramco that includes YANBU REFINERY, PETRO RABIGH, SATORP, SADARA, FADHILI and RAS TANURA.

I am well versed with all aspects of the Human Resources department that includes HR policies implementation, employee hiring, visas handling, onboarding, residence permits, employee records management, payrolls, appraisals, employee grievances management, SAP management, Saudization management, Plant ID's processing, General services procurement, Employee vehicles management, Employee housing management and Management Reports.

Championed managing Employee Life Cycle Management and HR operations of over 1500 workforce of Strategic Business Unit.

 Subject Matter Expert, established business & corporate strategies and governance structure in collaboration with top management for the assigned business unit.
