I am a seasoned and resourceful Industry Professional, offering nearly two decades of successful career and insightful experience in Facility Management, Operation & Engineering, Production Planning, Process Management, FMCG Manufacturing and Maintenance, majorly across the Real Estate, Megaprojects & Industrial fields. Currently, I am looking for challenging leadership assignment to leverage multifaceted competencies and deliver outstanding, value adding results aligned to corporate goals and objectives.

At present, I am associated with AL Della Food industries, Riyadh as Projects & Maintenance Director. I manage projects & maintenance operations, accountable for HVAC systems, chillers, MEP, Mechanical, Electric & Lighting, plumbing, Fire alarm & firefighting system, Civil maintenance, landscaping works, BMS, smart systems, Automation. I also ensure that all company facilities within the area are maintained as per maintenance standards, by managing the team according to company standards and regulations

Earlier, I have worked with various other reputable organizations in diverse roles of the organizational hierarchy.

Given my managerial acumen, I have progressive experience in organizing, monitoring and supervising facility maintenance operations and performing a variety of technical tasks relative to facility maintenance. I possess demonstrated expertise in providing strategic management and oversight of multiple facilities to achieve optimal planned levels of operations, efficiency and maintenance through a dedicated qualified staff. I am successful in efficient and effective delivery of facilities services, implementing safety policies, overseeing security, maintenance, handling emergency operations and ensuring legislation compliance. I am also deft in collaborating with stakeholders and leading professional teams contributing to achievement of business goals and objectives through effective planning, resourcing and execution.
