As a Specialist Insurance, Reporting to Senior Group Manager Compliance, my responsibilities include:
o Independently manage insurance renewals and placement of new insurance lines for the business
units and the whole group (including businesses of distribution, marketing, logistics & transportation, warehousing, automotive, real-estate, electrical equipment supplies and installation, investment, IT solutions & installation etc.)

o Risk identification and assessment and risk transfer to the Insurance Companies under related
Insurance products
o Manage the relationship with the broker and the insurance companies
o Engage in the legal contract review process to identify and suggest on risk management and
insurance related matters
o Manage & Ensure the smooth insurance policy reviews and continuity
o Organize insurance related aware session within the group to keep the business units updated
against their risks
o Organize the insurance risk surveys conducted by risk consultants and the insurance company’s risk
surveyors.
o Conduct regular meetings within the group to get the progress updates on the risk improvement
measures
o Engage in the Civil Defense Certificate renewals and progress which is a key requirement from the
insurance companies and the regulator
o Prepare presentation and reports to keep the management and group risk compliance committees
updated about the progress on the open risks and exposures
o Manage & Handle Claims at the group level
o Engage in the premium payments and settlements of the group
o Working on the statement of accounts for premium reconciliations
