I am a Saudi Council of Engineers Approved Professional Quantity Surveyor, having more than 05 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, excellent communication skill, highly motivated and goal driven, procurement, electronic document management system & contract administration. Having good knowledge in occupying as a Quantity Surveyor in both Consultant and Contractor Sites.

Duties and Responsibilities 

 Communicate with procurement department and take-off measurement to procure & buy the materials.  Prepare BOQ and all supporting documents in regards to tender submissions.  Prepare new variations and cost breakdowns.  Prepare Sub-Contract agreements.  Check contract clauses in order to advise sub-contractors and employee regards to variation, payment terms and other dispute matters.  Prepare all cost details and break-ups in MS Excel.  Recording daily labour attendance & preparation of over time schedules.  Preparing and reconciling the monthly plant utilization of site.  Preparation of subcontractor bills.  Correspondence & document handling of site 

● HND QUANTITY SURVEYING & CONSTRUCTION ECONOMICS - Successfully Completed BTEC (EDEXCEL-UK) Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics at BRITISH COLLEGE OF APPLIED STUDIES. 

● National Diploma in Engineering -Successfully completed at British College of Applied Studies
