Overall incharge in Kitchen department, ordering stock, setting up par levels. Inventory control weekly and monthly, analizing food cost and making plans to lower down food cost, making sure less wastage on daily basis. Sending maitenance request for the equipments when needed, cheking cleanliness and sanitation on daily basis, daily equipment check to ensure smooth daily operation.
