• Establish and implement a documented turnaround management process.
• Work with the Business units to execute turnarounds as per guidelines of the turnaround management process.
• Review and Analyze Work Requests. 
• Budget allocation. 
• Implementing and working Business strategy and Business plan for the Plants.
  • Log identified work on Work Scope Documents. 
  • Visit the job site. Estimate the cost to complete. 
  • Determine the level of competency and type of resources. 
  • Order Materials as required through On-Line Requisitions. 
• Coordinate management of change (MOC) activities for all TA projects and develop MOCs for assigned projects. Obtain Engineering support if applicable/Network with area stakeholders.
• Identify NDE requirements with QA and apply to planning step. 
• Obtain proper engineering where applicable. 
• Identify HSSE requirements. 
  • Document and/or provide drawings, schematics or procedures. 
  • Identify material requirements and delivery details/staging area's or constraints. 
  • Create Planning Work Package.
  • Review & Finalize Work Plan in Primavera and enter all necessary labour steps. 
  • Co-ordinate and develop close contact with execution team. 
• Collects the necessary history formwork execution to promote a continuous improvement strategy for plans. 
• TA preparation process compliance
• Conducts the workshop with all TA stakeholders to review and optimize the TA schedule to control TA duration.
• Carries out logical sequence of activities required to bring the plant off line and back on line, their resource planning & leveling them in the schedule for resources optimization.
• Coordinates with all stakeholders for collecting the progress report during TA execution for updating schedule on real time basis and notify the Sr. Manager, TAM and execution leader immediately for any deviation in TA progress to avoid the schedule impact.
• Publishing the day/night shift progress report with 2 days look ahead plan and tracking the action list items surfaced in core team meeting during TA execution for its completion, realigning the schedule with new scope and required resources in case of discovery task during execution to update.
• Compile and update the Turnaround milestone schedule and notify the TA team for real time progress tracking and forward path.
• TA organization - unclear Roles and Responsibilities and organizational setup
• Skills & capabilities – enable people to fulfil roles, functions and responsibilities
• Scope management – define and freeze a reliable scope
• Planning & scheduling – create a reliable plan, based on good estimates and execute the work list

• Assemble and manage an optimized overall Turnaround schedule by integrating TA jobs, Project activities, and operation shutdown/startup schedule hence clearly indicating task criticalities or critical path.

Notify the potential gaps between planned vs actual TA performance to be the part of critique report and Participate for SHEM, Quality audits & e-SHEM program complying with dept. business objectives
