Additionally, as a Senior ICT Officer at Vision International Investment Company, I was responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems and networks for over 750 users. I also administered Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Windows Server while providing technical support for hardware/software configurations.

One particular experience that stands out is my time as a System Support Engineer at ACES Riyadh. During this role, I played a crucial role in managing and maintaining the database to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities. This included implementing network management security measures to protect sensitive data and monitoring network performance through Solar wins. In addition to my experience at ACES Riyadh, I also had the opportunity to work as a Hardware and Systems Engineer at Panzer Technologies Limited. In this position, I was responsible for managing the company's workgroup environment while providing hardware support to end-users. My duties included installing and administering Windows servers, DNS servers, DHCP servers, SQL servers, email clients like MS Outlook, and configuring remote servers using VNC and RDP. These experiences have honed my technical skills and further strengthened my ability to troubleshoot and support various IT systems.
