I Ayyappa Bodi, hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electronics and Instrumentation. I have 19 years of experience in online and offline analyzers maintenance, Installation & commissioning, Training, and Projects. Currently working as an Analyzer Specialist at Al-Jubail Petrochemical Company (Kemya). Kemya is a SABIC and ExxonMobil joint venture. I have experience in Oil & Gas Refineries, petrochemical, and industries in process and Laboratory analyzers for installation, commissioning maintenance, and training & post-qualification of analyzer technicians. Have wide experience in various analyzers like Gas chromatography, FTIR, RVP, Density, moisture, electrochemical, physical property, photometric analyzers, etc. Have work experience in engineering drawing verification of analyzers, analyzer shelters, sample systems, etc. FAT, SAT, Installation, and commissioning activities. Have work experience to develop preventive maintenance procedures, standard maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines. Have experience in Analyzer spare management and maintenance.
