Materials Planning. Collaborates with various departments to manage the efficient flow of all materials. Preparing an efficient shipping schedule and evaluate all maintenance schedules and determine all required materials and ensure availability of all required materials. Coordinate with sections engineers/supervisors to ensure accountability for all materials. Maintaining all information for the status of materials on weekly basis. Collaborates with the maintenance team to schedule all deliveries and manage all delays and ensure compliance to all materials requests.
 Preparing required reports for all cost accounts and procurement to ensure compliance with all account payable requirements.
 Preparing required documents and drawings and maintain all files for materials delivery on sites and preparing an efficient work schedule.
 Analysis Supplier’s Quotation ( T.E), price, shipping charges, and deliveries lead time to make sure orders is placed to qualified suppliers
 Maintaining the different levels of required materials. Proposed quality management protocol to ensure that materials acquired conform to quality standards. Preparing Scope of work SOW for the new requirement.
