Currently I am working as Senior Accountant . Iam directly reporting to CFO and Group Finance Manager. Some of the Key responsibilities include: Preparation of annual budget in consultation with the operations department. • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statement of the company • Responsible for the preparation of financial statements of Raz Holding Group. • Prepare different analytical reports for the management such as project wise billing, project costing and analysis etc. • Responsible for reviewing and approving the general-ledger entries. • Ensure the application of companies accounting policies and local laws • Ensure the application of applicable IFRS and IAS • Keep abreast of new developments in IFRS, IAS and other applicable local laws Supervise the input of all financial data in financial accounting system. • Responsible for reviewing the inter-company, supplier and bank reconciliations. • Prepare journal vouchers, and accounting records in accordance with generally accepted standards. • Accounts Receivable and Payables reconciliation and Recording All Invoices on Odoo System. • Handling the Accounts Payable and Receivables. • Check monthly, weekly and daily invoices process in the system (Odoo). • Controls all balance sheet accounts by preparation of monthly financial statements. • Supervise most of the accounting cycle transactions on Odoo System. • Preparing and editing the trial balance, and reviewing revenues, expenses, and related entries. • Reporting directly to the financial manager. • Daily follow up of Cash and Bank opening and closing balances and reconciliation on Odoo Cash management • Preparing audit schedules for external auditors. • ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met. Prepare the monthly Withholding taxes report, Annual Withholding tax report, and submit it to the related authorities; Prepare the monthly VAT (Value Added Tax) report and submit it to the related authorities. Prepare the annual income tax and Zakat report and submit it on time to the related authorities. Responsible for the management and responding of the VAT, Zakat, Withholding Tax, and income tax explanations which the company receives from the Authorities
