During the Pre-opening period, started to learn the job demanding responsibilities, and currently taking the lead of the ladies and gentlemen for my team with work required tasks. 
Our mission as a Sales Reservation representative at The Ritz-Carlton is handling multiple systems at once, Such as MARSHA reservation system, PMS property system, case analysis-based email communication, differentiated and chained across all departments, learned phone sales and effective listening skills, and we part of editing the CTAC commission approval process and more. 
We make sure with delivering a great luxurious up to the real image of our hotel and rooms to the guests verbally through the telephone. We listen and help our guests and accommodate them with the services that best t their needs. 
Built relationships and gain the trust of the guests, my team, and the entire ladies and gentlemen of the property. 

Travel and Tourism (College Diploma)
The Saudi Women’s Higher Cultural Institute Jeddah - Saudi Arabia

This diploma was about gaining knowledge about products, structures, and operations within the tourism industry. 
Learning about tour operators, airlines, hotels, and tourist boards. 
This degree gave me the skills and knowledge to work in airports, airlines, tour operators, travel agencies, hotels or other accommodation, tourist information centers, tourist attractions, cruise line companies, holiday centers, conference or events organizations.
