Given how many important University activities take place across computer networks these days, I understand that this is a position that carries great responsibility with it. 

To further improve my skills in the area of computer networking, I passed the certification exams for Cisco's CCNA routing and switching program, which required me to set up a network of my own, configure a wide host of devices for it, ensure that all routers were functioning properly and then resolve a wide array of actual issues that would be inflicted upon the network also I got it support professional certificate from google this course contains Security Supporting and securing access to data by properly using authentication, access control and encryption for an organization Networking Applying core concepts and protocols and subnet mask to set up and support wired and wireless networks Operating Systems Working with mobile, server and traditional operating systems ranging from Android and iOS to Windows and Linux IT Operations Using the basics of virtualization, cloud computing, desktop imaging and deployment to support today's IT infrastructures Troubleshooting Following and using decision trees for diagnosing, resolving, and documenting common hardware and software issues across a variety of devices. Technical Support Applying principles of customer service to help resolve IT issues. also I have two cyber security certificate I learned from Cyber Security many things like how to keep any computer systems such a mainframe and large servers secure from external attack finally I have got certificate train of trainers TOT Overcoming the psychological barriers as fear, anxiety, tension and shyness in speaking to others and getting rid of the fear of standing in front of the public, Understanding the body language and its importance to the trainee Supporting the psychological side of the trainee and give him more self-confidence Knowing the specifications of a good speaker capable of persuasion Ability to prepare and prepare teaching places according to the needs of the study Using practical training during the course and design of training cards Preparation of a coach with high efficiency and the ability to market for its courses
