• Estimate of the material Cost as per the grade including Connection Bolt, Anchor Bolt, Leftover & Scrap based on client technical documents.
• Estimate the production Man Hours / Ton, Production period & production Cost based on structure.
• Calculate the Paint Price & Paint labor cost or hot dip galvanizing cost.
• Estimate Indirect Expenses, Administrative Overhead.
• Calculate the packing & Transportation expenses.
• Provide Unit Cost.
• Put Profit Margin and Calculate Total amount based on the Qty.
• Arrange the Remarks & Exclusion list of the Project.
