• Checking and Receiving delivery items if its good or bad quality according To the Lulu Standards, Damage items return to the supplier upon receiving.
• Inspecting and grading of Fresh fruits and Vegetable and other commodities locally grown in or imported in other country.
• Scheduling all necessary task for all the staff and ensure that it is properly done.
• Ensure that all the products are well checked and displayed.
• Prepare daily exception based on daily inventory of all the products
• Preparing and checking price changed.
• Monthly end inventory of all the products.
• Updating all Checklist in the area like chiller temperature and especially every hour checking of the displayed items if there’s a damage or not.
• Checking Daily and Monthly attendance of all the staff.
• Ensuring and Monitoring that the wastage is properly itemized
• Preparing daily orders both local and imported.
• Preparing and ensuring that all items are available during offer time in weekend and also the price board are correct.
