Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Cynthia Bu Jawdeh, I am an ambitious, passionate, determined and results-driven marketing professional with +12 years of experience within the food industry. I am keen to work with your organization and apply my several years of practical knowledge and experience to achieve critical business goals. With my vast experience in corporate & brand communication, digital marketing, social media, crisis management, market research, consumer research, new product developments, and budget planning & management, I am confident of bringing about major transformations to the marketing department at your company. I moved to Riyadh in June 2022 and took a new role in July 2022 as a “Marketing Manager” at NAJL SAUDI Holding. Handling the marketing department for the Holding & the F&B division under which there are 4 restaurants: Fareen, Sunnyville, Perfetta & Shirley’s. I June 2022, I resigned from my position as a "Marketing Manager" at Al Wadi Al Akhdar, the leading Lebanese food brand. I was responsible for developing, managing, and executing the marketing & communication strategy for the brand on a corporate level with a focus on priority markets (Lebanon, USA, Iraq), in addition to key markets (UAE, Egypt, Kuwait, KSA). The day-to-day tasks include working hand in hand with the sales development team, leading and managing the digital marketing, social media & PR teams, and liaising with the creative, media & advertising agencies. I started my career as a project coordinator/ quality manager, on completion of my bachelor’s degree, where I was responsible for the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system requirements' implementation and process improvements and was well trained on the ISO 22000 food safety management system, acquiring a broad background on the food production & catering industries. I have pursued my Bachelor’s Degree & Master’s Degree from AUB, within the field for Nutrition & Dietetics and Food Technology, after which I got a Marketing Management Diploma, also from AUB, and a Digital Marketing Certificate from ESA Business School. In addition to the regular & frequent continuous learning efforts.
