Supervises and coordinates all activities related to Quality Control and Quality Assurance of inspection of work packages. Works with welding inspector as a team engaged in construction, installation to ensure the Quality Control program is executed and client quality requirements are achieved. Inspects work to ensure conformance with specifications defined in the job package. Assembles test packages and coordinates with production for initial testing and 3rd party inspection (i.e. NDE) of the completed work. Solving site welding quality issues and coordinating with client for resolving and maintaining quality of product. Arranging meeting with inspector team and resolving site issues with construction. Maintaining quality documentation such as WPS, Welder JCC log and calibration log. Preparing project and welder weekly rejection rates. Encouraging team raise more Internal non-conformities and resolving client non-conformities with agreed duration. Monitor in required inspection required as per standard and procedure with assurance that all inspection as completed with seven days of post visual accepted.
