   Tasks performed

• Study and continuous improvement of production equipment.
• Write and updatethe project documentation (budget, electrical drawings, etc.).
• Define the planning of activities by phase, withdata identification and ensure the analysis of decisions with the project team
• Adjust the resource allocation, planning review, with analysis of planned taskprogress.
• Monitor tasks and safety regulations to ensure qualityand compliance withlabour standards.
• Preparation of dailyand weekly reportsaccording to progress
• PLC programming and development of HMI and SCADA interfaces and programming of higt precision machines using servo motors (Motion Control).

   Mission

• Installation of new machines in the photovoltaic (PV) panel 

    production unit.       

• Installation of the electrical panels MDB and new 

    Generator           

• Installation for FAS (Fire Alarm System), Fire Fighting  

    system and IP CCTV system.

• Design, cabling and automation of electrical cabinets for  

    PV handling systems.  

• Design, cabling and automation of machines manufactured 

              in the factory

• Handling (glass loading system) / Photovoltaic panel framer).
• Photovoltaic cell manipulator: Cartesian robot with3 axes.
• Silicone dosing systemfor junction box and fraime: Cartesian robot with 3 axes.
• Automatic welding systemwith camera control: 3-axis Cartesian robot
• Wiring of the electrical cabinets: SMDB, Silicone dosingsystem, Automatic welding system, glass loading system …

• Diagnosis, analysis of causes and repair of equipment
• Supplier management (supplier search, quotecomparison).
• Management of external service providers and planning of their interventions.
• Supervision and management of electrical installation plannings.
• Elaboration andbudgeting of spareparts.
• Lead the team and ensurethe development of staff skills.

Projectstudy

• Preparation of technical files(budget, electrical diagram and contact with suppliers.).
• Comment on the designplans (electrical routing plans, single linediagrams (MCC/MT.), channel detail plans, grounding plans, lighting detail plans etc…).
• Analyze the technical choices and define the equipment according to the constraints of the regulations, the land and the cost.
• PLC programming, development of HMI and SCADAinterfaces.

Mission

    Installation and commissioning of a thirdbrick production plant:

• Installation of the electrical panels MDB/SMDB/ ATS/ EMDB …
• Installation for the transformer and Generator
• The bus duct system is used for the connection between the transformer and the MDB
• Installation for FAS (Fire Alarm System) and Fire Fighting system
• Upgrade of the first production unit.
• Upgrading of two primary material preparation rooms (Automation).
• Design and automation of brick handling areas.
• Commissioning of the three automated robotic brick unstacking (packaging) units.
