- Annual sales budget by (channel – Category – Customer Type)
- Growth to Net budget
- Trade Spend Budget by Buckets for each channel
- Identifying the Key Customers and develop special Business Development Agreement (BDA’s) to grow our business through win – win Approach based on performance.
- Setting the Yearly strategic Priorities (KPIs for the traditional trade channel).
- Introducing new business module through the sub distributors, to increase the coverage with effective cost at the unreachable areas by the company sales team.
- Ensure having Major of success for sales team by developing effective sales fundamentals Dashboard which
- includes (Active customers, number of SKUs per invoice and Avg SR per invoice), and ensure Top SKUs are invoiced in each order
- Sales Team Development and managing all poor performers to ensure having strong Sales Staff.
- Managing the secondary supply chain (Monthly Demand Forecasting by SKU) to ensure having sufficient stock cover at any point of time.
- Coordinating with the logistic team to ensure we have the right stock per warehouse and setting criteria for having sufficient level stock per warehouse.
- Developing sales manual for all sales team force (all positions) to have better view on each role.
- Coordinate with IT department to ensure having effective measures for each channel/sales team
