Head of Digital Transformation & Digital Channels Development

● Develop and execute digital strategy, innovation management, and technology roadmap to achieve digital

transformation with an allocated budget of $100M to improve four critical areas, passenger experience,

services & products transformation, employee empowerment, and operations optimization.

● Evaluate current on-premises applications and recommend and implement appropriate cloud solutions that

align with business goals. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and aviation industry trends to identify

opportunities for innovation and ensure the technology stack is optimized.

● Develop and execute a data strategy that integrates data across applications, systems, and business processes

to deliver a 360-degree customer experience.

● Lead digital transformation and implement digital technologies to drive revenue optimization, enhance

customer experience and make the airport one of the top next-generation digital airports worldwide.

● Developed a new responsive website and mobile application for the airport to improve the passenger

experience.

● Implemented testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the solutions met requirements, key

performance indicators, and high usability standards.
