The project consists of 13 buildings, shops, cinemas, anchor stores, residential apartments, restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment halls.

· MTC, Crown Prince Center for Training & Medical Research

The Crown Prince Center for Training and Medical Research offers learning and training interventions in simulation mode. The goal behind the center was to provide a crucial phase for medical trainees before commencing the hospital training phase as well as addressing the competency gaps in the performance of current medical staff.
ImageThe learning objectives were to be achieved through testing and researching surgical and non-surgical procedural skills through simulating real case scenarios and using animal and cadaveric labs which will potentially reduce medical errors and improve the quality of healthcare. There is also Convention Center with a capacity to conduct medical and non-medical conferences for over 500 participants.

The project covers a 6,378 square meter plot at the BDF Military Hospital which provides an expansion and upgrading of medical services offered to defense personnel, their families and citizens; and to create job opportunities for Bahraini nationals. The clinic and car park buildings incorporated a ‘green’ philosophy ensuring the build is environmentally friendly and meets all safety requirements.

Within the Seef District, the Royal Charity Organization Head Quarters is a glass-fronted twenty-two stores commercial building of 21,000sqm of built-up area.
