       EQUIPMENT SUPERVISOR:   (2013 Sep to till working) 

  • Supervising & Assigned work to Maintenance Team. 
  • Handling & Monitoring industrial equipment’s, Workshop & Store.

  • Handling Petty cash & processing request to accounts for parts purchase.. 
  • Requesting for Quotation, Preparing Purchase Order, Delivery & Received Note. 
  • Monitoring stock, purchasing & ordering to Materials. 
  • Scheduling coordinator for purchase parts.
  • Handling Cash & Credit Suppliers 
  • Recruiting & Taking interview Maintenance employees. 
  • Handling Issue of Maintenance employee issues as Salary increment, Vacation approval,

Iqama , License Renewal & ID Etc. 

  • Preparing Monthly employees Overtime Time sheet. 
  • Arranging Vehicle for MVP Inspection.
  • Keeping record & Updating Expiry & renewal of all Equipment & car Registration, Insurance, MVP & TUV etc. 
  • Reporting to weekly GM to Break dawn & Available Equipment. 
  • Attending Weekly Sales & Maintenance meetings. 

 

 

2EXPERTISE INDUSTRIAL SERVICES– AL JUBAIL

            Job Responsibilities:

            SECRETARY/CO-ORDINATOR:   (Oct- 2011 to May 2013)

  • Handling all secretarial, administrative & office related jobs. 
  • Incoming & outgoing correspondence and preparing summary of incoming documents (Mails/Faxes etc.) and diverting them to the respective areas immediately. 
  • Handling total filing system. 
  • Correspondence with customer & suppliers. 
  • Preparing Timesheet at the end of week & Month. 
  • Finalizing and submitting reports in an official manner. 
  • Handling the incoming official letters and responding as per the mentioned subject. 
  • Controlling the document. 
  • Good arrangement of filing and maintaining the office in very pleasant organized way. 

 

  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work 
  • Make travel arrangements for executive.
