Keeping track of the rental payment history, by paying attention and daily reviewing the Facilities and GSM sites database on time, avoiding any late of deposit, avoiding any risk by late & maintaining landlords satisfaction, & managing the budget exceeding $6,3 M for +800 GSM sites rental yearly payments. & be awareness of renew contracts under rental payments by persuading & negotiating renewal prices, by  maintaining & increasing the savings the rates, where it has recently been achieved in the range of 25% - 35%.

- Directing the daily routine operations company's works.

- Coordinate with direct reports the performance of their delegated responsibilities.

- Managing and following up the requests of fiber optics & various projects, receiving client’s complaints & review with project management to find solutions.

- Prepare the legal addendum of Gov’t. /Private contracts as per Legal approved standard format.

- Maintain the assets and contracts of other facilities such as sales, admin offices, and providing an electronic copy upon request.

- Handle all Government/Private Contracts for GSM Sites (new, renewal, cancellation), communications, leverage relations with the Municipalities, monitor and controlling of data base, filing and archiving.

- Regular submission of  GSM Section report (weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly as necessary) and compile in accordance with standard operating procedures.

- Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the sector through performing own responsibilities & coordinating direct reports performance. 

- Apply individual items of sector’s policies, procedures and processes and ensure adherence and implementation..

- Overseeing submission of Payment Request to Finance for due rental payments and ensure payments are facilitated according to the contractual agreement & as per SLA.

- Coordinate administrative procedures & systems processes.

- Monitoring budgets.                                                   

- Studying and preparing yearly updated evaluation of  real estate rentals according to the market prices, and circulating it to the relevant departments to work within the price rates.

- Assess staff performance KPIs, provide coaching & guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.

- Monitor inventory of offices supplies & order via ERP purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.

- Urging the work team to build strong relationships and provide support to all departments and contractors, and to ensure business support that is in the interest of the facility, achieving its goals and implementing its vision.
