• Review and Select the vendors and/or subcontractors and determine the cost-effectiveness of projects for bidding.
• Review the drawing, specifying the proposal to attend the proposal meetings to determine the scope of work and the required content of the estimate.
• Monitor client changes and advise the estimating team of all changes in scope during the estimated period.
• Review design options and suggest the best solution based on price, engineering quality and material availability.
• Validation of rates & Prepare Budget for Client.
• Verifying the bill of Quantity and Variation of all structures, Architecture, Interior design, Electrical Power, Lighting, low Current System (Smart System), Mechanical works.
• Provide advice to higher management for ongoing matters under the guidance of Contract documents (BOQ, Preamble, Specifications, Drawings)
• Preparing project estimates, overseeing the design phase as well as delivering updated cost plans for different stages of construction.
• Review Bill of Quantity against system drawings to ensure alignment and to identify materials types, quantities and rough drawings for cost estimation. 
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors and placing of orders after obtaining a competitive price of the materials to meet the budgetary requirements of the project.
• prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Be responsible for all technical and commercial changes, discussions and negotiations arising from the offer of an offer throughout the process up to the place of order.
