• Check and monitor the area for the cleaning daily routine.
• Monitor of Cleaning Checklist for Patient rooms and public toilets.
• Monitor the attendance sheet in all hospitals.
• Communicate to all team leaders in each hospital to provide excellent quality of work.
• Allocating task to each Team leader.
• Daily Report based on the comments and  make plan to solve the issue.
• Preparing weekly supply for all hospital
• Preparing reports such as manpower chart and allocation for the General Manager
• Focusing on training and seminar for all the staff in preparing for JCIA and CBAHI accreditation of the hospital
