Preparing Monthly Overtime of House Keeping Staff
Encoding and Monitoring everyday Time Sheet
Sending and Receiving Email from the KFMC Ministry for all the Concern
Monitoring and Encoding all the Discharge and Terminal Cleaning in all Hospital.
Preparing Vacation Plan of all House Keeping Staff.
Check and monitor the area for the cleaning daily routine.
Monitor of Cleaning Checklist for Patient rooms and public toilets.
Monitor the attendance sheet in all hospitals.
Communicate to all team leaders in each hospital to provide excellent quality of work.
Allocating task to each Team leader.
Daily Report based on the comments and make plan to solve the issue.
Preparing weekly supply for all hospital
Preparing reports such as manpower chart and allocation for the General Manager
Focusing on training and seminar for all the staff in preparing for JCIA and CBAHI accreditation of the hospital
