Performing and compiling the result of all Stats, Routine & Special Test within turn around time according to Hospital Policy and procedures . Carry out tasks and duties to keep the operational process of the lab functions efficiently. Identifies and monitors all reagents and supplies for continuous replenishment as well as ordering the supplies. Preparing KPI on monthly basis and submit on quality department. Maintained all relevant documents needed for Accreditation inspection.(CBAHI,JCI) as a front liner in the task force. Expert knowledge and working application of EP evaluator for method evaluation ,validation and quality assurance to meet the needs of the clinical Laboratory. Participated in continuing educational program to train Trainee and Asst. Technologist , keep current on new advancements in technology, instrumentation, techniques and procedures. Makes knowledgeable recommendations for the acquisition of new equipment, Keep high level of motivation for team members through the effective support during their daily work and support in problem solving.
