I’ve participated in two Hajj seasons as a Platform Agent, supporting pilgrims and ensuring smooth operations. During one season, I led my team, which strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. These experiences taught me how to stay calm under pressure, work collaboratively, and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
