As a Near-Native English speaker, I currently hold a Saudi Arabia Iqama Residency Card and have recently completed a successful contract with the International Company for Education & Advanced Training (ICEAT), working on a project with Taif University. The project entailed teaching English 1,2, 3 & 4 levels from the Cambridge University Press Book Series Unlock, English Unlimited & Evolve (IEAP & EAP) curriculum, as well as the ESP course English in Medicine, Pharmacy, Information Technologies, Science & Engineering and Elective Courses to freshman students in the faculties of Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry and Engineering. The fact that I have already relocated to KSA 8 years ago and have acclimated to the students, culture, university system and curriculum here would make for a smooth transition to your prestigious university.

Prior to my employment with ICEAT & IGIT (Taif University), I served at schools, universities and language institute in Karachi, Pakistan teaching English as a second/academic language. I have taught four different well established ESL textbooks (Cambridge Book series, Cutting Edge, Headway and PYP English Book Monash College Pty Ltd). I believe this broad range of experience will enable me to deliver a rich and diverse English program to your students.

I believe I have the skills you are looking for as an instructor / trainer who may benefit your organization. I received training as a CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and did the training for 120 hours Theory and Practical. My aim is to teach English abroad and enrich students to communicate on an international scale. The M.A. in English Linguistics (TESL Focused) will enable me to provide the expertise in how to best understand the students’ requirements to learn the language and enforcing those requirements. Given the focus of my education and dedication to the field English as a Second Language over the last several years, and having already relocated to the Arabian Peninsula, my friendly demeanour and ability to interact with a diverse array of people contribute to my confidence and professionalism, I have a passion to manage any project and see success when I see it being shaped in a positive direction.
