My name is Francis Gonzales from Philippines but I am working here in Saudi Arabia as Quantity Surveyor and Estimator for underground utilities, support buildings, substations, lift Stations, school building and site development, roads, water network, telecom, gas network, complex buildings, hotels, offices, medical centers, training facilities, shooting ranges, clinics & forensic laboratories, recreational facilities, auditoriums and congregational facilities, mosques, shops, sports buildings, other institutional facilities, theatres, civilian dormitories, military barracks and administration buildings. 

I have experienced in project management, construction management, quantity surveying, procurement & negotiations, cost estimating & pricing, bidding & tendering, commercial & technical documentations. I understand basic Value Engineering, type of contracts & conditions, international standards codes & specifications, method of measurement, engineering procedures and construction standards & methods statement. I have estimation software experienced.

I've worked as a quantity surveyor for over sixteen years, and I've also had positions as a cost engineer, estimator, civil engineer, project and site engineer. I've worked in Saudi Arabia for nineteen years. I spent nearly eight years at Bechtel on infrastructure projects for the Royal Commission in Jubail and Ras Alkhair Industrial City, nearly two years at ABV Rock Group, nearly eight years at Saudi Oger Ltd, and nearly a year at MS Maxco International.

I work on projects that include major buildings and mass residential housing, education facilities, airport terminals and airways, mass transit and railroads, tunnels, roads, highways, underpasses, bridges, petrochemical industrial sites, site preparation, drainage systems, water supply networks, sewage pipelines, oil and gas network systems, electric power generation and transmission, and telecommunications and services. I was involved in the estimating and tendering of the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, also known as Ithra, the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Haramain High Speed Railway, the Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah, Princess Noura University for Women, the King Abdullah Financial District, the King Abdullah University for Science and Technology, the Riyadh Conference Palace, the KAFD (Capital Market Authority) Tower, and the Mile Jeddah Tower.

I have experienced in project management, cost engineering, cost control, tendering, pricing, negotiating, rates analysis, subcontractor valuations, internal cost reporting, monitoring and reporting on-site progress, preparation of construction schedules and all the relevant documentation.

I have knowledge for software knowledge in primavera p6, microsoft project, microsoft office, autocad, basic civil 3d, basic autodesk revit and other QS softwares.

I led and managed a team of three (3) quantity surveyors. I am diligent, focus on details, flexible, and hardworking who is working on my own or with a team. I am able to use my initiative and delegate duties when required to do so.
