MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

The Candidate has more than 32-Years Specialization QA/QC Management experience in managing quality systems (QMS) as per quality requirements (Saudi Aramco Schedule Q & Ministries / SEC / Municipality / MEWA(WASA) Specifications) pertaining to EPC set up the Quality Management expectations in the request for proposal for EPC Bidding Contracts and once awarded then ensures compliance with the Contract Quality Management requirements., Design, Procurement, Construction, pre-commissioning / commissioning Works (all types, Mechanical / piping / Coating & Painting, Insulation, Electrical & I &T, Civil) and PMCC, punch listing & Project Close-out under the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil, gas and industry petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication)….., etc, starting his career in 1992 in an EPC- Italian multinational Company (IMPEX INTERNATIONAL) as a QA/QC Supervisor (2-Years). He is fully conversant in coordinating & team-leading and preparing & implementing the project quality plan, ITPs, Inspection checklists, method statement, QA/QC Forms and internal auditing, management review, QMS Continual Improvement in compliance with Clients requirements of construction works including Oil & Gas (Refinery, Power Plant, Tanks & On/Offshore Construction) Projects, high rise & residential housing building works, Hospitals,  Infrastructure, and, Site development, Landscaping, excavations, laying & concreting /Asphalt works & installation of Piping System pipelines / plumbing, HDPE / RTR Pipes work, Fire water system electrical/ telecom works etc, having membership IRCA-UK Certification of ISO 9001:2015, Internal/External Lead Auditor, a Computer literate. Excellent in English (written & spoken).

And had successfully completed the projects by delivering a high Quality of work by meeting to the requirements of contract specifications, standards and to the client specification.
