I am a Functional Consultant, responsible for implementing solutions that support a sales life cycle so that it can run efficiently and effectively to meet revenue targets, business strategies, and company objectives.

• Gathering requirements • Development of the implementation • Operational assistance and support • Study business processes and design new business flows. • Prepare flow diagrams and FDDs & FRDs. • Design templates and document configuration procedures • Plan and submit the needed configuration to the project manager for approval. • Perform mapping and analysis for each module. • Configure future business processes. • Create an end-user manual and user training. • Interact with consultants from other modules. • Test software modules and train employees to use the new software.
