   My name is Hanan working as an assistant professor of the public at princess Norah University. KSA

In 2011, I obtained my Doctorate in Law. Upon graduation, I began my 10-year HE journeys. I am beginning teaching when I moved to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) I became an Assistant Professor of Administrative Law in the Department of Legal Training at the Institute of Public Administration (IPA). At IPA, I designed and implemented comprehensive training programs to equip professionals with skills to conduct administrative investigations, prepare, and review administrative contracts, etc. When deciding on the pedagogical approach and designing in-class activities.

A turning point occurred when I was appointed as a Consultant in Law and Management of a training program at the Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University (PNU). I perceived this progression as a challenge with opportunities to develop my leadership and to mentor to support colleagues.

I worked under the Deanship of Academic Development, my responsibilities are leading l a team for a designed training program for a faculty members that developed them in teaching and learning as. The programs are aligned with the KSA’s Vision 2030 in building a knowledge-based economy by empowering its citizens with education, especially women.

In addition, for my experiences in law, I am updating contracts, policies, and agreements for university-wide faculty training.
