- Good knowledge of Optical Fiber splicing and termination on closures and patch panels, using fusion splicing machine. Also responsible for Passive Optical Network (PON) end to end project execution.
- Team Lead in Operations and Maintenance(O&M) department in different broadband technologies like ADSL, VDSL, XDSL, FTTC, FTTB, FTTH.
- Responsible for ISP/OSP copper & Fiber Optic telecom network (maintenance and implementation).
Round the clock onsite operational support service for data center equipment remote server access, customer installation and equipment troubleshooting. Responding to the network alerts and hardware malfunctions
