Duties & Responsibilities in Above Projects

• Prepare and gather all data and information required for effective planning/scheduling, monitoring and controlling the execution of activities of the project. 
• Preparing the construction schedule in Primavera P6. Preparation of other planning documents (like Progress S Curve, Earn Value Curve, Manpower Histogram etc.). 
• Preparation of project Cash flow, and estimated budget required. 
• Resource planning (labour & material) and its tracking on regular basis. Calculate the efficiency of and utilization factors of all deployed resources based on the actual progress. 
• Finding Critical Path of the project with regular monitoring and preparing schedule impact reports for the project management. 
• Coordinate with other internal departments regarding the interfacing of construction activities, material & equipment availability. 
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report to be submitted to Project Manager and Project Consultant. 
• Preparing Project Presentations, Cash Flow, and S-Curve regularly. Set Weekly / monthly/quarterly targets for the execution team & monitor the same. 
• Coordinating and conducting meetings with contractors/vendors for timely completion of the project as per planned schedule. 
• Study of contract documents, specifications, tender working and BOQ. 
• Approval of plan and methodology exction by Project manager/Consultant. 
• Monitoring the progress of the project at different stages of its development. Proactively assessing progress, and completion forecasts and providing solutions to mitigate schedule delays or to optimize project completion. 
• Arrange and attend the scheduled review meetings as and when required. 
• Develop a suite of project monitoring tools, cost control techniques, cost planning 
• Have an understanding of the overall budget and the project. Understand risks and exposures in design, procurement and construction and make sure there are allowances/holds for these items in the budget.
