Hassan Ali

I work in a freight solutions company where my role covers a wide range of responsibilities. My main focus is IT support, but I also handle customer enquiries, warehouse items, sales-related questions, and phone and email freight estimates. I manage packaging tasks, including the safe packing of antique and delicate items.

I support social media tasks and help with store management. I’m used to working in fast-moving environments where accuracy, communication and problem solving matter.

I’m someone who can take on different responsibilities at the same time and keep operations running smoothly.

I completed a Bachelor's degree in Telecom and Networks, which gave me a strong foundation in technical systems and problem solving.
