My Name is Heenayathulla my colleagues calls me as inayath. currently I am working in jeddah with Emaar Middle East as Manager in Community and property management dept. my role in the company to look over the Technical part in All Saudi projects.

Having professional experience with 21 years in the field of Project Management, Facility Management, Property and Community Management, Retail and Fit-out Management, Contract Management, Tender and procurement management and Team Management.

➢ Having professional experience in Testing & Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning of MEP systems.

➢ Having professional experience in FM industries as a head of hard services.

➢ Review & Approval of Design Drawings, Technical submittals, Technical quarries, FCN and IFC drawings approvals.

➢ Have Strong Ability to Manage and co-ordinate with (GES) or EPC design contractor for Reviewing and Approval of Detailed Design Drawings and shops drawings.
