Statement of Purpose Huda Abdul Latif Abo Afia
I have been successfully teaching English since 1983. As an English instructor, I am personally dedicated to being the best educator for my students’ academic future. I decided to join the English section in the College of Women’s Education, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and teach English to help other overcome the problems of learning English. Teaching English has given me self-satisfaction rather than just being thought of as a profession. My professional interests, however, are to develop my capabilities as an English teacher by pursuing my post graduate education (Masters-Degree & PhD) in teaching English methodologies. I plan to write simplified books that overcome the psychological barrier of learning English as a second language.
