I got a PhD  degree in Information Technology (IT)  where I specialized in Requirements Engineering (RE) and constructed practices and a process that helps business analysts to elicit unambiguous requirements efficiently. Furthermore,  I am Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) and  I have practical experience as quality assurance manager, software developer and business analyst. So, I have the academic knowledge and practical experience that qualify me to excel in potential related jobs. .

I have strong experience in business analysis and software quality management that help stakeholders to ensure developing high-quality software that meet the expectations of potential users. In essence, I have practical experience and academic knowledge in business analysis that strengthen my ability to make a substantial difference in software projects. 

I have Doctorate of Philosophy in Information Technology where I specialized in Requirements Engineering.
